Mother's Eagle Pin with Five Stars - The Pacolet Robinson Family
This Mother’s Eagle Pin was presented to Tennie Ruff Robinson by Governor Olin D. Johnston in 1944 for having five sons serve in the armed forces during World War II. The sons were Hubert, Boyd, Lawrence, William and EllieB (LB). Hubert was a POW in Germany and Lawrence was wounded while fighting the Japanese.
